Order Processing Times
We normally process all orders within 3 business days (M-F). Payments by check will be processed after allowing 10 business days for checks to clear.
NOTE: 4/8/2020 We are currently experiencing longer order processing times due to the large amount of Spring orders plus the Covid-19 quarantine. It is now taking about 10 business days to ship and an additional 5 business days for delivery by FedEx Ground. Thank you for your patience.

Delivery Time
Please allow at least 10 business days for your order to arrive. After that time we will gladly look up shipment tracking numbers for you. We do not look up shipment tracking numbers before this time.

Backorder Policy
We normally have all items in stock. Sometimes an item may be temporarily out of stock. We will do everything possible to fill your order within 10 days.

If you have ordered Online, we will honor the prices quoted. Our prices may change from time to time. Orders received by mail may be subject to additional payment before shipment if the price of the item has gone up over 5%.

Guaranteed Lowest Price Terms
Our terrific low price guarantee only applies to new incubators and brooders, not accessories. If you find the same new incubator or brooder from another authorized USA retail dealer that also maintains a warranty and non-warranty repair department we will match their price. This guarantee is valid only if we have the same item in current stock and if you ask for the discount before you finalize your purchase with us. This does not apply after your original online or phone order purchase from us. To obtain the discounted price you must provide us the item model number and the dealer's name, address and phone number (also their website address, if applicable to view their price information). We reserve the right to verify the lower price and make final determination if the seller is an authorized retailer and currently has the item in stock. This does not apply to sale price items from other dealers when they do not have the item in stock. We will do everything possible to immediately assist you so you can complete your additional discount purchase from us as quick as possible.

Returned Checks / Credit Cards
A $25.00 fee will be accessed on all returned or denied checks and credit card payments. This includes stop payments or any credit card reversals initiated by the customer.

Damaged Goods
Please examine your shipment carefully upon arrival. If damaged, you must notify the delivery person and have them note the damage on shipping papers. You must file your claim with the transportation company and contact Kemp's Incubators within one business day. We also suggest you take photos of the damaged box or contents and retain all packing boxes and materials in the condition they were received. If you throw away or damage the box or packing material your claim may become invalid and not approved.

Merchandise Returns
All items that are defective will quickly be repaired or replaced. Warranty repairs on all items are handled directly by the manufacturer. Incubators and brooders are items that can become contaminated & therefore can not be resold without liability. We are sure you would not want an incubator or item that may have become contaminated by someone's animals. We only sell brand new products. If we allow an item to be returned, it must be pre-approved and returned in the original, UNOPENED, factory package and contain all factory literature and instructions. Additionally any approved return will be accessed a 10% re-stocking fee plus the original shipping fee(s) incurred by us when we shipped your item(s) to you.

Legal Issues and Terms of Use
Kemp's Incubators sells products manufactured by various manufacturers. The various manufacturers guarantee and provide limited warrantees on all products sold. These limited warrantees cover against defects, other than abuse, for a period of 1 year from date of purchase. Notify Kemp's Incubators of any defective items, giving model number and name of item and what is wrong with item. Send copy of invoice showing date of purchase. Kemp's Incubators will coordinate with the manufacturer to replace the item, repair the item or send replacement parts. Shipping charges are to be paid by the customer. Returning of all items require advance, written permission and the return box must include the return authorization number.

Whereas Kemp's Incubators has no control over usage of equipment and product supplied, it assumes no responsibility for losses or damage from the equipment or product other than replacement of defective parts. Kemp's Incubators assumes no responsibility for losses due to shipping damage, late shipment or arrival of product.

Do not expose any electrical parts to water. Installation of electrical parts or any repairs must only be done by a qualified electronics technician. Use of replacement parts other than intended by the manufacturer is not permitted. Kemp's Incubators will not responsible if product does not comply with local product codes or codes outside of the USA.

Hatching Eggs
Do not order hatching eggs until after you have received your incubator and have it properly running for at least two full days. Kemp's Incubators is not responsible for customers ordering or obtaining hatching eggs before they receive their incubator and have it properly running. At all times before, during and after incubation Kemp's Incubators including the various manufacturers provides no guarantee on hatchability of eggs. Kemp's Incubators including the various manufacturers are also not liable for any associated costs of hatching eggs.

Email Communications
By making a purchase or sending Kemp's Incubators any email communication you also agree to receive email replies and occasional email notices from us. We will never sell your email address to anyone. At any time you wish to no longer receive emails from Kemp's Incubators you may notify us and your email address will be removed from our master email list.
